Terms and Conditions for Tour Booking Inquiry

By submitting an inquiry through our tour booking form, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking inquiry.

1. General Information
- Purpose of Inquiry: The information provided in the booking inquiry form is for the purpose of requesting a tour with Ryders Ranch. Submission of the form does not guarantee a confirmed booking until confirmed by Ryders Ranch via an appropriate communication method.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the booking inquiry form, including but not limited to your name, origin, number of participants, and preferred tour dates.

2. Booking Confirmation
- Confirmation Process: All inquiries are subject to availability. Ryders Ranch will review your inquiry and contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and additional details.
- Deposit/Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, as specified in the confirmation communication. Failure to make the required payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking request.
- Minimum Participants: Tours may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, Ryders Ranch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, with prior notice to you.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
- By You:
  - Cancellations must be made in writing to Ryders Ranch at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
  - Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date may not be eligible for a refund.
- By Ryders Ranch:
  - Ryders Ranch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient participants, or other operational issues). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  - Ryders Ranch is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses) due to cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Participant Responsibilities
- Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in your group are physically capable of participating in the tour. Please inform Ryders Ranch of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of inquiry.
- Children: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour. Ryders Ranch reserves the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.
- Conduct: All participants are expected to follow the instructions of the tour guide and adhere to safety guidelines. Ryders Ranch reserves the right to remove participants from the tour without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

5. Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in tours is at your own risk. Ryders Ranch is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the tour, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings.
- Force Majeure: Ryders Ranch is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

6. Privacy and Data
- Data Collection: The personal information provided in the booking inquiry form will be used solely for processing your inquiry, communicating with you, and organizing the tour.
- Data Protection: Ryders Ranch complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, if applicable). Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required to facilitate the tour (e.g., with transportation or accommodation providers) or by law.
- Retention: Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms
- Ryders Ranch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your inquiry will apply to your booking.
